When making the reservation, never mentioned that internet was extra. I travel in different countries the internet is always free! It cost about $10.00 US. I live in Canada. The hotel was a lot the internet was the crowning touch!

I recently had my first stay at the Baronette Renaissance Detroit-Novi Hotel, and it was a great experience. The staff were both professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was not only clean but also quite spacious, which I really appreciated. Plus, the complimentary parking was a nice bonus! The location couldn't be more convenient. I will definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Hotel was clean and spacious in a busy but safe area. Hotel clerk was very friendly an excellent ambassador for Marriott. We required a room change due to our initial room smelling of smoke and this was handled promptly and professionally. The rooms were spotless however I found the bed hard and pillows lifeless. We received vouchers for the breakfast which contained an ample spread. Breakfast potatoes were however cold and stale.
