I am so happy I chose this property to stay! It was easy to drive up to the front door and a valet took my car. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. Even offered me champagne. The hotel is beautiful! So many rooms and amenities to use and explore. My room was amazing, large, clean and high-class. There was a beautiful spa to use and had an amazing massage the next day. I will definitely be staying again and recommending to others.

Gorgeous old world property, wonderful staff. A bit expensive on the cocktails. Stunning room with some glaring design flaws like no lights or outlet at the vanity, armoire hanging space too short for my dresses, crappy bedside lamps you had to squirm to turn off. But such a lovely old place.

overall it was good..nice room... great shower...the room didnt have a table or chair and only 2 outlets which makes charging phones and watches tricky...The biggest issue was they had some xfinity smasung tv and it didnt have the basic channels no nbc abc fox or cbs. Well this is a major issues during football season i couldnt watch any college football Saturday we are in michigan and not even big ten network and sunday no nfl this almost ruined my trip.
