The staff were excellent very friendly, very helpful, only niggle with the room was no bath plug and the one the maintenance man fitted didn't work.Had we wanted to use the pool the water didn't look very good.

The property was average but clean; there was a spider in the bathroom though and the bathroom was a bit tight on space. The staff were very nice and kind. I was there around 2 PM for check in and they didn't have any rooms ready yet so I went to my car to grab a bite and they came out to my car and let me know when the room was ready. Also, I wanted to switch hotels since my schedule had changed and they went kind enough to give me a full refund even though I didn't get a refundable room. So A+ on customer service. The location was not too bad, there were a few restaurants close by and a Walmart right next door and quick access to highways.

The full kitchen really made the stay. This is my third time staying and the hospitality of the front desk and the cleaning staff was top notch. My preferred hotel when I am in the area. I tell all my friends to stay here also.

Location near the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Room with 2 bedrooms was spacious and efficiently designed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average with hot options although breakfast room was small. Paid in advance through Hotels.com but I was then charged $3.00 per night for parking after I arrived-did not expect that.
