The sheets were not cleaned properly we were sleeping in other people’s hair. The elevator is dirty and old. The tv only has a couple channels amd the signal was in and out. Cleanliness not up to par at all. Would not return.

This Property Needs New Ownership

If you have never stayed here, do not believe the photos. This property is sadly neglected and should have a new owner. We smelled skunky weed smell pretty much all day every day, even when entering “the office”(with a poor attempt to cover up the weed smell with equally stinky room freshner). The place is filthy dirty. I will say that Adam at the front desk(evening shift?)was very helpful and the maintenance guy was also helpful with our shower issue. The beds are comfortable. But I would never stay there again

If you're traveling on a budget, this is an OK motel, nothing fancy. But the body soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty (they don't seem to check regularly), the door from the parking lot into the building doesn't lock, creating possible theft and trespassing issues. Neighborhood looks pretty safe an location is very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Furniture is outdated,as was the couch but the beds were clean. The bathroom could use a minor upgrade - caulking was coming off.

Building and Room Conditions are Terrible Inside

Reserved this place due to its low price and okay outside looks. However once arrived, computer is not working, and the inside conditions of the building and room are terrible: old, torn, and not properly cleaned. I give it an overall 2-star only because the bed and shower are clean enough and working properly.

It was the right price for a convention i had to attend. Big rooms with kitchen. Very comfortable beds. It was perfect for what i needed. Counters were all clean. I never walk on floors in hotels without slippers or shoes.

The property was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, expressways, and the Suburban Showplace. The efficiency suite we paid for was disappointing. The oven door didn't close completely, rendering it unusable. There was only one small saucepan for cooking. Dishes for eating were 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates, and 2 serving size bowls. There was only one (1) set of silverware so not sufficient for two people staying in the room. Further, there was no dish cloth, dish towel, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent. As a result the only thing usable in the kitchen was the microwave and refrigerator - things that could have been had in a standard hotel room.

Couch in the room was pretty gross, bunch of stuff was damaged or broken, other patrons were super noisy until 1am. Bed was thankfully pretty good, and front desk was very friendly.
