When I went to check in this property told me at 4pm they had no clean rooms. Then the lady at the front desk tried calling the manager twice to see who was her house keeper the manager then hung up on her. This property had bugs in the room.

The stove/oven was dirty and we told them on the day of check-in. They said someone would come to clean the oven - no one ever came to clean. We reported it to staff to make sure we would not be charged.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The hotel is in a state of disrepair, with the rooms exhibiting significant cleanliness issues. There has been a lack of proper cleaning, resulting in dirty hallways and carpets. Additionally, the absence of fumigation has led to a noticeable presence of insects

We all were having serious issues with allergies and the room stank. One tv never worked the 3 days we were there and the other two, they cut out numerous times. We are pretty sure there was blood on the walls by the bathroom, there were hairs on the walls and ceilings.

Old building, filthy rooms. We rented 2 rooms for our 7-person family and they were not able to accommodate without separating us into 2 buildings. We ended up requesting a refund and going to the Marriott nearby which was more expensive. They mentioned people come over all the time from that hotel. The staff was at least apologetic and tried to accommodate. The location was convenient and very nice.

the room was not clean. The kitchen sink didn"t drain properly. The tub needs replacement. The cups are not in good condition. The ironing table won't fold. The AC unit didn't work properly. The range was not cleaned properly, The coffee machine was not clean. The outside view from the 3rd floor room was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed sheet needs replacement. The whole building requires updates.
