This new hotel and very well maintained. Everything is good. In my opinion, there can be a closet for clothes instead of Yoga place in the bedroom. Breakfast is by order which takes some time to get the order that may be inconvenient for business travelers due to morning schedules. Other than that ..this hotel is very nice.

Food was a little expensive for the area but it looked fresh, bar open until 11pm, parking was plenty, the staff was welcoming, and the room was clean and spacious.

Very clean room/property. I love the yoga corner even though I dont do yoga. The shower and toilet was A+. The only issue is that my phone, from Canada, did not pick up the signal for WiFi well. As well, the in room Tv worked one minute, and not the next. The Breakfast staff was amazing! She was such a delight. Thank you!

The facility Was clean, hotel is new they are still working on units. I was disappointed that the hotel did not honor the breakfast I paid for on my Expedia booking. I showed them the reservation, they acknowledged that I paid and still did not honor because I did not book on IHG.

We had an extremely disappointing stay at EVEN Hotel by IHG. After driving four hours for an overnight stay before an early event, we arrived exhausted — only to be given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was waste in the toilet and carpet beetles throughout the room. Completely unacceptable. We were moved, but the second room wasn’t what we booked (double queen instead of king). After nearly 90 minutes of back and forth, we finally got into a standard king room around 10 PM. The issues continued. Water pressure was terrible, and the shower only stayed lukewarm for about five minutes. The bathroom was so cramped you hit your elbows using the toilet. Half the outlets didn’t work, the fridge was unplugged, WiFi barely functioned, and the bidet had a rotten smell. There were crumbs on the floor and more carpet beetles. Hallways were stained and dirty, parking was awful, signage was confusing, and the hotel layout felt like a maze. Our view was a concrete wall with no sunlight. Housekeeping even removed our Do Not Disturb sign and entered the room while we were gone. Miranda tried to help, but staff overall seemed unconcerned. This stay was chaotic, stressful, and far below expectations. We will not return.
