Tru Hotel Novi Stay

Nice Hotel, very well laid out, very clean; small rooms but perfect for a one or two night stay. Good location close to 12 Oaks Mall. Very nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was outstanding. One little problem in that we found a used beverage container on the floor next to the bed that wasnt ours. Kind of made you question how thorough cleaning was. Not a huge deal and I would stay there again if I needed to be in the area over night.

Good stay, good price.

Nice stay with good service. Really liked the lobby area. It was inviting and a nice area to hang out and visit with my travel companions. Breakfast was okay - nothing to give much thought to. Would stay again if I’m the area.

Reserved a king room, only one left when checking in. Blinds/shade was electron’s would not go down (shut) ..had to stay in a double room…not what o had reserved and would have preferred to stay elsewhere. Asked for manager to reach out next and still have not heard from the hotel.
