I was excited to stay at this hotel to explore the area and swim with my daughter, but unfortunately when we got to our room and checked the beds, it was absolutely GROSS. There were crumbs everywhere and the bed frame looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I always check the mattress and bed when staying at a hotel, and this one was just disgusting. We immediately decided to leave. Thankfully, Expedia was incredibly helpful and issued us a full refund without any hassle, huge thanks to them for making the process smooth during a frustrating situation. I will say the front desk woman was very kind and understanding, and I appreciated her professionalism. But overall, I was extremely disappointed in the room cleanliness and wouldn’t stay again.

We appreciated the clean, modern interior, the complimentary breakfast, and the pool. The parking lot isn't the most accessible, as the hotel is situated behind other businesses, and wasn't completely clear as to how to get to the Tru lot.

The bathroom was poorly cleaned. The pool and outside area didn't seem kept up with. Just before opening the pool they were pouring powder shock in it, that should have been down when it closed. Could have spent less money on another hotel.

The hotel was really cute and the staff were great. However, common areas needed cleaning and the place was so noisy. Quiet time was not enforced at all. Kids were running up and down the halls until 3:30am and back up again at 7:00am. We definitely didn’t get a restful night’s sleep.

‏ I did my reservation on Friday June 27 I reached the hotel around midnight or before it a little bit before the dusk was trouble there was a lot of stuff like junk the lady which is check us in she had a dirt shirt. give us a room with bad smell and the AC was turned off will ask him to change our room first time they told us there was no room available all sold out but my wife insist to change the room. She talked again with them. They give us different room the lady at the dusk. She was in bad mood. Thank you.
