Checked in with a room that was not clean, staff claimed housekeeping would do their job, staff did nothing until my arrival back at the hotel at 1:30 in the morning. Why? I have nowhere to sleep. This issue should have been resolved prior to 1:30am will never return. Poor customer service poor housekeeping service

Hotel has a lot of character & it’s Conveniently located (close to the chaos of the busy city, but technically sits just outside of it). If you don’t mind a 15-30 min walk there are several nearby opportunities to explore. Average Uber/Lyft ride $6-10. About 25ish minutes from the airport Uber/Lyft ranges between $32-46 (based on solo travel)).

I frequently traveled and decided to try a new place. It was absolutely horrible, authorities were called. The front desk was oblivious. Please, take my advice and avoid this property. Shame on you!

The renovations are like having a band aid on a open wound. the Jacuzi is a jetted tub not big enough for two. Parts of the floor is exposed cement. Temp was either freezing or hot as hell. Booked for two nights only stayed one.

Cute location. I can usually sleep anywhere and on anything, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows had no structure to them. There were stains on the hand towel. Also, the walls are paper thin. The room next to us was blaring music at 2 am. We called down and they did nothing. I had to get dressed and head down to the front desk 30 min later to get the issue resolved. The person working was shocked that I showed up to complain. I'm not too sure why they put everyone on the 4th floor? They said they were extremely booked up, but there were less than a dozen cars parked. We were told that they had a coffee shop open until 11am. I went down to grab a coffee and was informed that they had no barista.

The walls were very thin. We could hear what the room next to us was watching loud enough to determine the NBA game and who was playing. The cards to the room were sensitive and would deactivate easily. The solution from the front desk was to stop by the front desk when going in and out to have them reactivate this. That was inconvenient but didn’t ruin our stay. The property does have gated entry parking, which was great for the location. Overall, the stay was average and expected. There wasn’t anything that stood out to make us want to stay here again in the future.

Small but fun

It was clean. There was no smell in the room or the hallway. The hotel was nearly empty for 2 of 3 nights of the stay, which felt weird. But the parking was gated. Felt mostly safe for a neighborhood that wasn't fully revitalized. Rooms are small, but a cool artsy vibe. It was a fun place.

Excellent Staff & Location! The room was quiet and comfy with a great lil backyard hang-out area. I had an awesome long hot shower. The rooms are set back from the hallway to ensure a quiet peaceful atmosphere. The whole place is a VIBE, we loved it!

People were great, facility needs work.

Parking onsite is terrific and coffee shop was good, although they ran out of milk. Disappointed that restaurant and Bar weren't open due to remodelling. Should've been mentioned on website when I was making reservation. Had broken chair in our room and shower needs a good scrubbing.
