They have no interest in making your stay comfortable or memorable I was asked to sleep with just a sheet because they had no more comforters or covers left after going through 3 rooms that were destroyed first room was disgusting and not clean the second was disgusting with a missing toilet and the third had no comforter or covers I literally had to ask them to retrieve it from a unused room so my wife and toddler would not freeze overnight I cleaned the room myself after purchasing them from the local Walmart

The people at the front desk were nice. As for the room, we had crumbs and stuff still on the floor, the drain in the bathroom barley worked in the shower so you were standing in water, the lamps on the side of the bed and where you can plug your phone in didnt work, the elevators floor was fross and your feet sticked to it. The pool was cold and no clean. We were not there as much becuase of it but i had this planned out for awhile so switching hotels would have been a hassle for planning purposes. The bed was honestly the best thing.

Do not recommend. Read reviews the bad ones are accurate the good ones are lies. Absolutely awful conditions, dirty, dark and unsafe. Did not stay entire trip had to leave and book elsewhere due to the severity of the conditions.

Stay wasn’t the best I have stayed at better..
I stayed at this hotel as a last minute thing due to being too tired to drive all the way back home after an event. Both of the lamps in the room where broken, the tub had hair, the floor didn’t look vacuumed there was stuff on it from the previous person, it wasn’t very clean, scratchy people outside of the hotel too which doesn’t have anything to do with the room but just a warning. The employees were nice it’s just a shame that this hotel is newer in the area and got tore up so quickly! Also the breakfast was trash the orange juice tasted like there was mildew in it literally! The waffle maker was on but nothing to make a waffle! Also fruit flies were in the breakfast area. Definitely better hotels in the area…

Not great
While the service was nice, people were loud on my floor. When I called the front desk about it, they said it would be taken care of. It did not get quiet till 3 AM, and I’m only assuming that is because the party was over. And to top it off, when I went out to my car, the air caps for my tires were gone. The bed was comfortable. That is my only compliment to this hotel. Do not stay here unless you have absolutely no other choice.

The outside and the area where you check in is the clean area. Walking in the hall on my way to my room it was piles of trash in corners. The smell of old wet carpet that needs to be clean out replaced. Swimming pool area.. Not so good and Dirty! My room had trash underneath the bed and my linen was stained. I asked for tooth brushes and extra towels.. No tooth paste or tooth brushes were available. And as for the towels they gave me 2 extra face rags for a party guest of 5. Don’t waste your time or money here!
