When booking I thought there was dishes in the room it wasn’t false advertisement couldn’t even eat my food they didn’t have a fork. When to do laundry they have a laundry room they were all out of detergent…everything was horrible got up for work at 5am man was standing at the front door trying to get just an overall unpleasant experience. The front desk attendant was very nice & understanding that’s it!
The room was supposed to have dishes included, it wasn’t until the last day, I opened the dishwasher and found the dishes. There was only one fork The person upstairs literally must’ve weighed 400 pounds or walked like they did and woke up super early, which woke me up every morning.
I was unable to stay at the hotel. The room I was assigned to had not been cleaned. They did not have any other rooms in the hotel available. I communicated with Expedia to complain and be refunded and reimbursed for a room next door at Tru by Hilton. I sent pictures of the dirty room. I have not heard back from anyone.
The check in was the WORST!!! You are not told that after 8pm you will need to use the kiosk. Great! The kiosk is horrible. We waited almost 30 minutes before someone would come on the kiosk to help! 30 minutes!! Asked to speak with the manager, she came on and was rude.When asked if she could check me in, she told me she was in her pajamas and was unable to assist. When I called the customer assist number to ask for help with checking in, the lady on the phone was focused on signing me up with a rewards account. Our heater didn’t work. Called for help. No help came. A chilly room it was. Would not recommend this stay!!! Absolutely NOT. Checked out well before checkout time!!
