The staff was nice but overall the hotel was stark, like a dormitory building. It didn’t have a comfortable feel, it was more like a barren hotel with a barren room. I travel alone from time to time and I don’t mind staying by myself in a hotel. But this place felt so sterile with no personality, not a good feeling. The bed was comfortable. Could use more pillows.

My day was good. It was good customer service and a friendly staff. My only issue is is that it didn’t have an ice machine nor the bed was comfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattresses. It was uncomfortable but everything else I rated 8 out of 10.
