Rooms are more like dorms than hotel suites but for long term stays, it was just what we needed. Rooms are empty so bring your own food and beverages. TV did not have cable, smart TVs only. Pets allowed on every floor so not ideal for those with allergies.
Overall it was good. Friendly staff and we checked in and out during their after hours but it was still easy to check in and out. The floors needed to be swept and mopped, but everything else was clean. I didn’t even say anything because we checked in so late and I just wanted to sleep. But my bare feet never touched that floor.
While this place is listed at Hotels.com it is NOT a hotel. It is an extended stay facility with NO amenities in rooms above the 1st floor. This includes no coffee maker, shampoo, dish soap or "kitchen" towels. I found this interesting because it comes with a kitchen but no cooking tools. You would have to bring or buy your own (which I did for a one night stay). It was clean enough. I do not recommend it for short stays, especially if you are thinking you need / want a hotel with at least coffee in the room.
I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Its decently clean however this time my room and hallway around my room smelled horrible for all 3 days, i bought lysol and still couldnt get rid of the smell. The other comolaint I had this time, was the noise, and the amount of people hanging out in their cars very late at night seemed kind of sketchy. The employee were great and the rooms are very nice.
When our kids tried to check in to their room it took 2 hours and the guy was actually on site. When he finally did come he complained to us about not being woken for his shift and I’m thinking you are an adult who knows when your shift starts set an alarm REALLY. I was on the phone with guest relations for over 2 hours promised the manager would call me back and he never did. Why should I have to waste all my time for the inconvenience they caused us on our first night of vacation ridiculous. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. Not a good way to start your vacation. In a room for 4 only 3 towels. We were there a week they never came in and cleaned. Our kids had to leave their room one day early unexpectedly and they would not give us our money back for that night. The workout room had no or low air conditioning when it should be set cooler than the rest of the building. Beds were comfy.
