GROSS!

Disgusting hotel. For a Holiday Inn this was terrible. When we first arrived we were given a room that was not cleaned from the previous guest. While waiting for our new room I overhead two other guests complaining about the price and things not working. When we got in the elevator only one light was working so it was very dark. Our whole floor wreaked of puke for our entire 3 day stay. The new “cleaned” room was so gross. Black mold all over the bathroom, hair, dust, etc covered every surface. It was like you didn’t want it to touch anything because it was so dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Best of an unfortunate situation.

The desk clerk did her best in a bad situation. When we arrived we were informed their washing machine was on the fritz so they were putting us up in the neighboring hotel. It was no problem for us and was very nice accommodations. I did call and was told I would still receive my IHG points!

Holiday Inns are not what i thought it was!

Checked into the room, there was a cigarette butt on the telephone, the tv wasn't working, candy wrapper behind the nightstand, and food crusted on the carpet by the garbage can. The hotel hot tub jets didn't even work it was like a tub with hot water! The pool chemicals bleached my swimsuit. Only good thing was the breakfast in the morning and the location of the hotel.

Don’t use this hotel!

The room had French fries on the floor by the bed, urine on the toilet by the floor, and the hot tub had so much bleach that my brand new swim suit was horribly bleached, and ruined. I’ve never seen anyone have that happen to a swim suit in a hotel pool.

It was was an okay place to to stay. It was quit and staff were friendly. The pool and hot tub needs alot of maintenance. Rooms were a little outdated but the beds were comfortable. Nothing special on the breakfast, but it was free. Checked out a day early and couldn't find anyone at the front desk for over an hour
