The room (202) we were in was directly above the smoker's area for the hotel you couldn't open the window because of the smell and noise. There were also a sports group staying on our floor who partied very loudly until around 11pm when someone must have told them to be quiet. Otherwise the property was fine staff were nice.

Great value, super room with a spa and view over the harbour to watch the Spirit come and go. Dining was good and washing facilities were available.
