The room was great but the bathroom had issues. Water droplets were leaking out of the ceiling when the water heater was turned on. Reported this issue to the hotel and they said that they'd offer me another room but was never followed up on that.

Grand Vistana Hotel proved to be an excellent choice for our family stay. Its proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient, yet the rooms were quiet and peaceful. We appreciated the hotel's strong focus on safety and cleanliness, ensuring a worry-free environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Dining options were diverse and delicious, catering to all our family's preferences. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for families looking for convenience and comfort near the airport.

I had a great time staying at Grand Vistana, a brand new property with a spacious and elegant lobby, good food and excellent ambience. The location was very convenient and very near to the airport and garments related offices. The service is worth mentioning - the staff was very polite and always ready to attend to any needs. Overall, I have genuinely liked the property and service.
