Dhanuvachapuram Vacation Packages

I had booked for a single room for 2 adults - me and my wife and for one kid - my 8 year old daughter. I saw the rate - accommodation and buffet twice a day...on online and made the payment. While checking in at hotel, I was informed that the room is booked only for 2 adults and had to pay 2k as meal charges for my daughter.

We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super polite.

Good rooms excellent view but reception not very flexible about payment though they have my card details .

I have been travelling last two decades internationally and the first time I truly experienced the hospitality every step of the way. Staff is always friendly and helpful. most importantly, staff is well trained and always joyful. Great job Management Team

The gym was too small. The men’s jacuzzi was not working all day. The unisex massage catered for women only as I requested a female masseur but they could not get one for me during my stay. So couldn’t get a massage for myself. We had to pay for the water to have a cup of coffee when I booked breakfast but my airport ride was 02:45 in morning so too early for breakfast but couldn’t even make a cup of coffee as I had to pay extra.
