Basic but clean and spacious accommodation with lovely view of the lake. We didn't get to use the facilities as arrived late and left early but the food in the restaurant was good and the staff were lovely.

Limited parking but was enough for our group. Bathrooms can have more cleaning, fairly new, but some areas need to be cleaned. Breakfast was adverage, only Continental, but decent.

No easy chairs to relax on, only fold up chairs in the kitchen area. A sewerage smell like dirty drains. If you plan on sleeping in past 4am you won't plus people in front balcony rooms smoke and the smell goes through the place, showers terrible and the beds not comfortable at all. Wouldn't stay again.
