The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Crane Beach waters were rough probably due to the windy weather. Very beautiful and I did go in but only to my knees😊 We plan to return.

I briefly stayed at the Hilton (Crane) Barbados, June 2-4 2025. We stayed in the King room with the ocean view. The resort itself is beautiful, although we experienced a couple of issues. Upon arrival, we walked in the room to see maintenance being done on the unit below us. We attempted to change rooms, but the hotel representative told us there were no other comparable rooms available. Tuesday morning, we woke to find stains in the bed. (Pics attached) On Tuesday, after being out all day, we return the take showers and the hot water was out. Only cold water. I contacted to front desk immediately, but no one showed up to fix the issue until Wednesday morning and the maintenance who showed up, walked into the room, as we were undressed, and prior to us giving him access to the room. By this point, the hot water was back on. I would like to be contacted by Expedia to discuss options for resolving the issue the hotel wasn’t able to resolve.

The property is magnificent, full of old world charm and amazing scenery. The staff were all on point and very friendly, going out of their way to be helpful. The hotel grounds are well kept and tastefully landscaped. The lobby could use a refresh in keeping with the hotel aesthetic but by no means an eye sore. The hotel is very near the airport 15 minutes with little to no traffic and a very pleasant drive along the coast or on the easy highways to wards Bridgetown. It is worth the money, I will return.

The grounds of this resort are beautiful and managed exceptionaly. The ocean view 1 bedroom's view was amazing. Room was very comfortable and had just a few minor issues that were taken care of quickly. I would definitely retrun.

The staff was horrible!!!!!! Ive already reached out to cooperate about this matter it was a horrible experience!! My vacation was ruined by staying at this hotel i wanted to check out by the 2nd day didnt feel welcome at all It wasnt numerous occasions so it definitely wasnt me cooperate is lookingg into this ....PLEASE BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE
