Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

Clean and easy connect to the dubai mall, very calm for deep sleep and all of staffs were very kind.

I give 5 stars for the overly accommodating staff, they are super friendly and very hospitable. The hotel rooms are run down and do not feel like a Sofitel.
