The first room given to me was not cleaned. The second room had plenty of grime on the table & bathroom door. WI FI is horribly slow and disconnects all the time. I booked this hotel for the treadmill that is pictured in the photos. There wasn't one.

Poor customer service at check-in and check-out.
Our greeting at the desk upon arrival was cold and unfriendly. One word answers with no eye contact indicating disinterest. When checking out a different desk person was also not customer friendly. She was rude and condescending. She stated that my last name was a foo foo, sissified name. Obviously, I didn't pick my name. I was born into it. It is a common Dutch name. If that was an attempt at being funny, it missed the mark.

Wow...so sorry disappointed...this hotel needs some a good scrubbing an updates. Very dirty but after checking in we realized it caters more to work crews. Breakfast was the only good thing. We tried the hot tub and almost scalded our bodies. Won't be back

The bedding and pillow cases had stains The AC unit had a bearing or something going out on the unit as it was loud and noisy like a plastic bag caught in the fan Door had to be pulled shut very hard to get it to lock Toilet paper roll was empty when we got to the room. The breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful
