The staff was friendly and helpful. The first room did not have a remote for the TV and it appears no one working knew how to program one so they changed my room. The next room, the toilet flushing handle didn’t work but the toilet could be flushed by taking the lid off and pulling the chain. The room also did not have a working door latch. I had just driven @10 hours and just needed to sleep and didn’t want to change rooms again. My card keys stopped working 2x and had to be reprogrammed. This was annoying but realized it was probably due to my magnetic phone case. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Initially I was very happy. Staff was nice and had a quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Until 8:30am when I was getting out of the shower. My kids were asleep and I hear someone knocking. I thought it was my kids. Then someone OPENS my room door! I'm ASSUMING it was housekeeping but why are they going around OPENING peoples doors at 8:30 am?? Check out is at 11! I feel so uncomfortable and vulnerable that I can be getting DRESSED and my kids are in bed asleep and a STRANGER is opening my locked, room door! NOT OK!

Friendly staff, clean room, bad breakfast

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean however, the breakfast was not good. Broken juice machine and poor food selection even for a continental breakfast.
