Open parking lot. Staff by and large were friendly. Hotel is old -needs upgrading. Room clean until sidewalk outside was hosed off and the grit and dirty water came in under the door. No chairs in the room, no closet or area for hanging clothes, one drawer in the entire place, definitely NOT ADA compliant(very low toilet and only one grab bar at rear of tub). Tons of places to eat in area.
