The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel.

The hotel was amazing in every sense - excellent decor and facilities, excellent and friendly staff, great rooms, great food and the onsite waterpark just made it amazing for the kids. The guest relation team really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay

Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of time and experience to reach the level of high class all inclusive hotels.(rixos, maxx royal etc) the hotel is of course not bad but you feel from the first step the difference if you have been in the others. The service and food is avarage ,sea side and beach not speical and rooms very small and organisation very very poor . If you stay just 2-3 days you have no chance to get a in a la card restaurant reservation because of the silly application which rejects you from all services because the other guest who staying longer (7-10 days) filled it in advance from the first day untill the last day for their vacation. I would not recommend this hotel for short time holidays (2-3days) and for long time stay it is too high priced. The only 2 things that we liked was the excellent far east restaurant ( yes we get a table after 45 minutes hard disscusion ) and the concert of dany brillant who is an perfect singer which was the reason for our stay here.

Neues Hotel der Barutkette. Wunderschön gelegen und groß weitläufig ubd grandioser Ausblick. In den Ala Carte Restaurants speisen sehr gut und der Service auch jedoch nicht vom Hauptrestaurant zu begaupten. Ich drnke man muss dem gsnzen Zeit geben da der Service definitiv nicht Barut würdig ist

Das Hotel ist neu deshalb hatte ich schon manches in kauf genommen aber der Service ist echt schlecht. Z. B. in einem a la Carte Restaurant wollte ich eine andere Flasche Weißwein mit wurde so geantwortet: ich habe nicht hier dafür müsste ich aber ins Hauptrestaurant (5 min Fußweg). Mich stört hier nicht das ich die Sorte trinken konnte sondern die lustlose Antwort. Die Reservierung für ein a la Carte Restaurant ist die reinste Katastrophe. Die Gästebetreuung war überfordert war aber bemüht die Anregungen entgegen zu wirken.

İlgili personel ve güleryüz
Girişimizden itibaren oldukça ilgili ve güleryüzlü bir personel kadorsu ile karşılaştık. Eşimin süt ürünü ve gluten hassasiyeti var ve bu konuda misafir ilişkilerinden Ece hanım ve tüm çalışanlar bizimle özel olarak ilgilendiler. Tüm hizmetlerden memnun kaldık. Sadece A la Carte restorantlarda yer bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor. Ayrıca adult plajı biraz yetersiz. Seneye ufak eksiklikleri tamamlanacağı bilgisini aldık.
