Hotel is great but I am leaving a poor Review purely with the fact being stranded in Dubai due to the war they are demanding payment and not following UAE law that they must provide accommodation for stranded tourists if they are unable to pay and the hotel manager was unhelpful and didn’t care

Very nice hotel, good water park for children of all ages, rooms had good air con and were cleaned to a high standard.
I had an accident whilst at the hotel and staff were very good, had a nurse on site and we were very well looked after

Very attentive staff and the design of the hotel is beautiful.
The only thing I would critique is the depth of the pool (too shallow). Also the service at breakfast can be quite slow.
