My first choice of hotel was booked, so this was the best option available. It is an older hotel, but it was a great price point for traveling on a budget. I wish it had been updated and cleaner, but it was not gross. The location is excellent, right on Lake Dillon and close to City Market. The breakfast is located in the main building and has extensive options. There isn't much seating, though, so plan on that. We will book sooner and stay somewhere different next time.

Great Stay in Dillon

Price during the shoulder season was very affordable. Clean room with a view of the lake. Moved from another hotel that we stayed at in Frisco. We initially booked one night here afraid that it would be less than ideal like our Frisco stay. Ended up staying 3 nites here. Easy access to the lake, bike path and a pub only 3 minute walk up the street. Breakfast was great! Better than most full breakfast that is served at many hotels The service person was impressive. He constantly stocked items and cleaned the area. A very hard worker! The only negative is that it is an older hotel and showing some age but for the price and the location, we aren't complaining.

The hotel is in a very old building. My room did not have the lake view as advertised—instead, it faces the parking lot. I feel this is misleading and not honorable.

Not shabby

The staff was nice and the location is not bad. The views are great depending on your room. I would say for the location and the cost, The hotel could stand a little bit of modernization and remodeling but overall a solid stay for one night.
