This property is an excellent choice if you’re attending a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. The location couldn’t be more convenient—the venue is literally right across the street, and parking is easy. While the hotel does show its age and I experienced some issues with room key cards (three out of four stopped working), the overall convenience and experience far outweigh the drawbacks. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I've been staying at this hotel in the summer for years now. It is in a great location. Its clean & comfortable, and best of all, they allow me to have my Golden retriever with me. Its been kept up and improved over the years. The grounds are pretty. The breakfast is good enough for a great start to your day. Nothing fancy, but tasty.

This is a lovely place with a great staff. The breakfast is top notch with several hot choices. The room was large, as was the bathroom. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning. AC would have been nice so that we could have closed the windows as we were trying to sleep with the concert across the street filling our room. We would also have heard less of the very loud conversation outside our room. Aside from that, good visit.

Meh…

Easy if you were seeing a show at the Dylan amphitheater, otherwise I would avoid this place. We didn’t have any temperature control in our room, which was hot and muggy. Multiple issues with room keys and had to go get new keys three times during our one night stay. Staff was not very friendly or warm, seemed annoyed and frustrated. Overpriced for what you get.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you're there for a show at the Dillon Ampitheatre, which is right across the street. The lakefront rooms have gorgeous views! There's no a/c, but the area stays pretty cool most of the year. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again. Wonderful - and very walkable - location!
