There was no bar as advertised. The pool and hot tub were small and cold. The towels were scratchy. The beds were lumpy and pillows flat. The staff were great though.

I booked a room based on reviews I had read. We were looking for something not to far off the road. I am happy I booked here. The gal at the front desk was very friendly upon our arrival and super personable. The room was very clean, the breakfast was great. Easy in easy out! Would book here again if in the area!

When I called the staff was rude. The incoming the room says the pool opens at 9:00 and then we were told that it didn’t open until 10:00. Checkout is 11:00, so you only get an hour max in the pool.

The hotel was nice and staff was very friendly My biggest complaint is the small 1' x 1' pillows. Not sure why some hotels have gone to these. Terrible for comfort. Also the bar fridge must have been set super high. All our snacks (apples, banana's and carrots) froze solid over night. Location was nice - 5 min drive to city center and close to the interstate but not noisy or busy.

Decent stay

This hotel was clean, friendly staff, and nice location however, the hot tub jets did not work. I called ahead of time to ensure the hot tub was in working condition and i was told it was however, when i went to use it i realized quickly that it wasn't working. I asked the front desk associate about the hot tub and she said that they are aware of the hot tub and the jets and the manager wasn't going to repair them because they keep getting broke.
