Wonderful! Loved everything!

Awesome property. Loved restaurant rooms and location.

Pros: Location is great, walking distance to the Piers, restaurants, tour meeting points. Included breakfast is pretty good, long line, but goes fast. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice size room. Convenient store/snacks for purchase. Bell service staff was great as well. Cons: -Wifi was terribly slow, I gave up on it and used my own data. -Popcorn ceilings, you can hear every step above you, sounded like stomping, I was like what the heck! At first I thought maybe we were placed below the gym, but no. Other reviews mentioned that as well, our room number was 3637, try a different one if possible. You can also hear a lot of the outside noise, bumping music and loud cars. Amenities - No Lotion provided, please add this!

Room was large and comfortable! Property is amazing! Staff was awesome!!!

Of the 7 properties I’ve been to in San Francisco, this is one with the best value. (This was my 2nd stay and I will return to the Handlery in December.) I stayed in a room that used to be the motor inn. I was overlooking the pool, with my own balcony. Because there are buildings that surround this part of the hotel, it’s very quiet, which I really appreciate.
