Smelled like weed from the car to the room. The room smelled like mildew and was 85F. Dirty, 3 of 5 lights worked, 1 towel for 2 guests, TV remote batteries dead and zero amenities. Didnât feel safe at all. Booked 2 nights and left early the first night to find better accommodations.
This property is being used as a least property for mostly low income itâs not advertise that way, and the place is poorly maintained, the room is super old and damaged all over the place as is the entire property, the police had to extract the lady two doors down for me one morning, the only positive thing is the AC worked. The water was generally warm, and the sheets were clean the other aspects of the property and Room are really deficient and not represented properly by Expedia.
Absolutely disgusting property, the staff was very dismissive. We were assigned to a room that already had occupants. It was lucky that we were the ones assigned so nothing was stilen, however it gave us an unsafe feeling. The housekeeping also allowed anyone into whatever room they wanted without confirmation of residence. Had to have our keys reprogrammed every 10 minutes, despite keeping the keys away from our phones and magnetic chargers. One of our rooms didnt have a fridge or microwave, and neither of the rooms' remotes worked. Also found several roaches. Very upset with this stay.
This place was disgusting! There were bugs in the bathroom that scatter when the light comes on. There was no vent cover in the bathroom just a dusty hole in the wall. The toilet struggled to flush every time. The sink was clogged and backed up with every use. There were no blankets, the carpet was sticky. The whole place smelled of urine and stale smoke. There were the same people 2 days in a row just hanging out in thr lobby. Pot holea just waiting ro swallow your car. Only enough towels for 1 person. Oh and some hair tie left from the previous guest's.
Unknown bodily fluids on the floor and gross bathroom! Doesnât sound like customer safety matters with this hotel or to hotels.com as they are still gonna allow you to book this and risk your safety!
Didnât like the fact that signs all over say 100% no smoking campus, however our room smelled HEAVY of cigarettes. In the room, hallway and on the elevator too.
They do not care about any issues i have brought to there attention! There response was "you might as well check out then"
They don't know what there doing or how to run a hotel might as well be a motel at this point with the dripping ceilings, holes in the wall, trash all over the hallways, roaches in the rooms and hallways
Nothing against the person who work the day on the hotel. But this person make it so difficult to have my service dog in there and wanted to charge $30 like she was a regular pet.
I felt discriminate with my service dog and I had to call Expedia to help me to sort it out the situation other wise, I was going to get charge extra $30 and it would not even be worth the deal from Expedia.
I was also charge $50 deposit that it supposed to get back in my card after 3-5 business days.
I haven't seen the return back but I'll give them 2 more days.
In case this hotel won't give me my money back, they are just going to be in my horrible list that never come back to this place ever and I don't recommend this place if you are a person who is allergic to dust or have bad allergies cause the heat/ac machine smells like mold.
