Hotel feels a little tired, quite expensive for it's age. Good location for town. They do charge extra for using their car park- bit of a cheek.

Nice hotel which a great view. Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy. The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited). Also, the bar wasn’t open. In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area.

The property was amazing and peaceful. The amenities were great and the staff was wonderful.

Friendly and helpful staff at a nice hotel in a quiet corner of the Black Forest. Dining was very good, and while the breakfast was not elaborate it was tasty and staff kept the buffet stocked even during a morning rush. All in all a good value.

A beautiful Hotel in a beautiful village, the restaurant was fantastic too. We have been before and certainly will visit again on our way top Switzerland.

Fantastic food and overall ambience

I stayed here 3 nights while in Stuttgart. All my interactions from the front desk to the restaurant were excellent. 6 stars ⭐️’s Hotel Royal. I wish 🙏 the best to the entire staff/team for taking such wonderful care of me. Vielen Danke. Bis Spater 😊
