The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. One problem was there was not enough hot water for two people to take a shower and it wasn't even hot and my husband said he seen a mouse crawling around downstairs when we checked in the lady at the breakfast bar was sweet as pie and did a great job.

We love staying at this hotel; it’s always a stop on our travels from Midwest to Arizona. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. The meal at Fireside in the casino was a let down this time but they are remodeling. Service was slow; the food was not great. Pulled pork was dry as well as the macaroni and cheese.

Great Hotel

The hotel was sparkling clean, the staff went out of their way to help us. My husband is in a wheel chair so they made sure he had a handicap room and even delivered a shower chair for him. We stayed there on tne way to Branson and on tbe way back home.
