I like the quiet and tranquility of the environment. However, we forgot a phone charger in the room after we leave and called two hours later and the receptionist was not able to found it. Housekeeping was cleaning the rooms when we leave. The mattress is not comfortable and the pillows as well.

The place was clean. Breakfast is only open until 9 on a Sunday so we missed it but they did tell me at check in and I forgot. We were allowed an early check in which was very nice. Staff was good to us too!

Our room was ok at best. It had a very weird smell. It was very noisy and I feel like I was able to hear everything going on. The hot tub water was nasty. Staff was not very kind. And there was ice cream left in the fridge in our room.

There is no elevator, i somehow missed that. Other than that, there wasnt anything we disnt enkoy. Quiet rooms and out of the room, helpful staff. Breakfast was as expected sobwe chose to eat out.

Issues were resolved

Had issues with the cards. Went back to the front desk, eventually had to switch rooms about 20 min later. Otherwise, had a great stay. Room was very nice/clean.
