When I checked in the attendant was not very nice. I had questions about billing and he wasn’t able to help me. The next day the lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions and heard my concerns. There wasn’t many guest as it was Christmas Eve, but the guy put a loud group of teenage girls next door. The towels were very dingy and old, that needs to be changed, it made the room feel dirty.

The breakfast area was very cozy The hotel needs to get new towels, this is a big deal when guest show up, it either makes it or breaks it. Towels looked worn and dirty. The maid service was excellent, very accommodating.
