I stayed here for one night whilst in transit. Nice hotel. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Clean. Room and bathroom were big and spacious. Comfortable. Nice view from room. Complimentary water provided plus tea and coffee making facilities in the room. As it was a very short overnight stay at the hotel, I did not use any other facilities nor eat at the hotel. My difference between a 4 and 5 rating is location. The metro appeared to be nearby but that was it. There was nothing else. If I was staying in Qatar longer, I would look for a hotel more centrally located.

they did not give exact information about using spa. As I checked in at midnight time, I could not use it, but in the morning I wanted to use it, but they said only 1:00 pm was available, so I couldn't use it because I had to leave the hotel at 1:00 PM.

Armesh , was annoying calling many times for checkout he can’t wait half an hour. The matters was not clean , checked in was 3 am very tired from my road trip. Ceiling was leaking water in bathroom Check in was smooth. I’m gold member jn Hotels. I don’t get room upgrade instead I was offered to pay for the upgrade. Very weird from hotels and the hotel it’s self.

Overall the hotel is clean however is not well maintained. The bathroom in the hotel room is very run down and old. When asked to change the room due to this, the staff did not accommodate. Location is not the best in Doha but it was good price and clean hotel room.
