We recently stayed at the Fairmont Doha for a week and it was such a wonderful stay. Vanessa was such a gem. She had such a great friendly personality, very welcoming, caring, attentive and easy to strike a good conversation with. The room was impeccable 10/10. Everything was immaculate and well thought of. The pools were a good size and the views were amazing especially being by the pool side at night time and seeing the city lights all lit up.

We had a terrible experience here - it was our honeymoon and we were so excited to be staying at such a grand hotel but within the first 24hrs, Fairmont proved otherwise. We requested for an iron in the room which arrived 45 minutes later after contacting front desk twice & speaking to a very unbothered staff member. In addition, room service was poor generally - towels were not replenished on time and evening room turnaround was not completed. Dirty plates were not cleared nor was the room cleanliness. Facilities were just as disappointing - Small shower head was leaking, no sockets in the bathroom to use a hairdryer, no mirrors where sockets were placed in the room. We were highly disappointed having spent so much money and looking forward to our stay initially. Highly do not recommend and will not be returning back.

The property is amazing. It exceeded my expectations. The ONLY complaint that I have was the fact that there was a wedding at the property during my stay which made certain facilities, restaurants and other areas of the hotel unavailable during my stay. It would have been nice to learn about this at check in. Traveling with kids for hours and learning, at the last minute, that the restaurants are not available for use due to a wedding was not great. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful hotel with stellar staff!

The Fairmont Doha is obviously a gorgeous hotel, and it is just as impressive inside as it is out. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and spotless. The morning breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. But I have to single out the professionalism and quality of their staff in particular. Hotel greeter Solomon was both friendly and helpful. The concierge staff had excellent pointers for our time in Doha, beyond the "standard" information; Conri was particularly noteworthy. My wife and I were there on our honeymoon, and the entire hotel went above and beyond to make us feel special. Can't wait to stay there again.
