Great way to spend a long layover. They have a coffee machine,water etc. The beds were surprisingly good. The bathroom was close. It is very quiet and calm. Would stay again if had long layover.

I booked pod my flight was delayed when I went for checkin my reservation was given to someone else they offered me small pod and I paid for 2 bed bunk beds. Staff was not helpful I suggest everyone to book hotel

I will book the double or twin bunks next time. They have real mattresses. I knew the single fold out chair would be very small, but that chair is like sleeping on the floor. It is very hard and uncomfortable in the folds. The walls are thin so you can hear all talking and the whining sound of your neighboring chair going up and down. Bring your own plug adapter, the plug does not accolade American plugs. It did give me a private place for my 12 hour layover.

Tiny pod just to get some sleep
The module was very small as was expected but we fid not contemplate noise coming from other people and repair work going on. Much too much noise from employees with no consideration for people sleeping.

It is very clean, safe and a very nice friendly staff Dave Sevilla. I loved it and hoping to stay again next trip. My only concern was that the blanket provided was too thin and small but everything else is great.

This is a great idea in theory but it depends on when you arrive. You get 10 hours and my flight arrived in the middle of that. I was also surprised there was a $20 extra charge for a shower! Expedia needs to state that. The woman who checked me in waived the fee kindly. There is no where else to lie down so do it if you can afford it. It broke up my 40 hour journey!

Overall ok for a short stay - booking was made primarily to get some sleep and for the shower facilities. Disappointing that there are additional charges to use the shower when you pay around AUD170 for a pod for 6hrs only.
