Absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. My in-room safe stopped working one evening, and the response was fantastic: five members of staff came to try and fix it, and when it couldn't be repaired, they simply replaced it without any fuss. On another occasion, I wasn't feeling well and asked for an early turndown — they arranged it without issue and went a step further, bringing up a hot lemon and honey drink completely unprompted. That kind of thoughtfulness really sets this hotel apart. Genuinely five-star service throughout. Would happily return

Excellent services and Facilities. For early morning flight, they prepared delicious breakfast to go.

All the male staff was completely rude and showed no interest in being helpful towards my questions. They didn’t even treat me like a guest, when I ordered food they made me come to the lobby to pick it up myself. The pool wasn’t even open that day. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel.
