Great hotel, wonderful breakfast.

I do have MINOR complaints, but overall I'd choose to stay again and rate it 9.9/10. My complaints are: you get tiny little sofa pillows for a king size bed (resolution: bring your own). They left half used complimentary lotion etc bottles instead of new, unused ones. And only 2 towels for 3 travelers for 3 days 2 nights. I had to think hard to remember these complaints, so that should tell ya something. Staff was keep to themselves but friendly when spoken to ot asked for something. The pool hours were 9am- 8pm (August). The continental breakfast was from 6³⁰ to 9³⁰and is SUPERB for a hotel free brkfst. I definitely recommend!

The hotel was very clean and the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was near Oak Alley Plantation which was where I was going.. There was not many ch to do.

Was a bit taken back by having to pay $100.00 deposit to check in. After paying in advance thru Expedia. I was told at the desk I would receive it back. We will see . this resulted in the low rating.

Great experience during our trip

The breakfast lady was awesome. She kept the food full even until the last moment it was opened. The hot water on the third floor specifically in room 317 was not consistent in having hot water. The front desk was awesome in our check in and check out. I would definitely use them again when in the area
