We had a wonderful stay! Everything was really nice!

Location is at the new West Bund area. Offices are nearby with large shopping malls across the street. The river is nearby and a vibrant food and shopping mall next to it called Gate M. Lots of excellent restaurants. After a meal I strolled on the riverside. Check in was smooth even though it’s a busy hotel. Staff services reflect its luxury branding. The hotel decor is modern with lovely modern artwork. Even the furnishings are custom designed to match. Room is very spacious. High end touches all over. I viewed the pool and spa , looks good. Didn’t use the gym. One meal at the Chinese restaurant. Very good quality and atmosphere. Great for entertainment.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Xujiahui, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It’s also very convenient to get around and visit different attractions. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was cycling to the Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. We loved the historic entrance, the beautiful red-brick library, and the tree-lined campus. We even came across a lively group of high school students on a study tour. It was a great opportunity to tell our child about this prestigious university and give them a little extra motivation to study. The apartment itself was very well maintained. The bedding was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and having two bathrooms was especially convenient for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and the housekeeping was very professional. The host responded quickly and even recommended a restaurant that was perfect for a large family dinner. Definitely a five-star stay!

Beautiful rooms with great views (if you go for a river view). Location not perfect though as not many restaurants or shops around and we needed to keep crossing the river which is not that easy due to the traffic.
