We had a lovely stay at Room Mate Bruno. The hotel was easy to get to and so conveniently located. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with our check in, the room was clean and the hotel itself had a modern design to it which was fabulous. I would highly recommend it!

Nice hotel with dining options a few streets from it. A little difficult to find as it's in the middle of a residential sector.

I booked a superior room and I was placed in a room with a big box in the middle making the room small I could find the fridge and their was not even a bottle of water in the room. Then we had to be evacuated from the hotel without any suggestions on where we should book. I had to walk down 9 floors with my heavy suitcase to find out what’s happening. The staff tried their best but the process was not working I was very disappointed with my stay this time I booked 2 years ago and had no fault. This time has made me reconsider booking with you again
