Every aspect of the hotel and spa was wonderful. The restaurant is fabulous and the staff superbly professional.

So weit alles ok. Leider war es sehr kalt im zimmer, dann fehlte eine decke, bekam nur eine wolldecke. Ansonsten ok. Für 1 nacht ok

Nice hotel which a great view. Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy. The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited). Also, the bar wasn’t open. In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area.

No A/C but there was a fan. They give you earplugs since you need to keep the windows open for cooler air. They allowed us to keep our bags there before check-in. Breakfast was decent for the price.

Great facility. Appreciated the daily housekeeping. Front office was not as friendly or helpful as have been during previous stays. Yes I am a return client. Due to proximity of family whom we visit will consider again
