Check in was great. New hotel and clean. Both rooms next to us were easy to hear through the walls. Family with child on one side and argue couple on the other. Some how went right to sleep and they woke us at 8 or so. Found one item as we were leaving a light fixture above the tub hanging down with wires showing. Yep we used the shower. No road noise on our end of the hotel.

PROS: 1. Friendly and helpful staff 2. Room and hallways very clean 3. Kitchen very well equipped 4. Bathroom spacious with many grab bars, as needed in a handicapped room; however, see CONS #5 below. CONS: 1. No luggage racks 2. Only one chair for two people 3. There was no table/counter-space where one could eat food, prepared in the kitchen or brought into the room. Also see CONS #2 above. 4. Dressing mirror was behind the bed and thus was not useful. The mirror should be placed on the back of the bathroom door. 5. For a handicapped person a bathtub can be dangerous. A handicapped room should have a walk-in-shower where the entrance is level with the bathroom floor.

It was clean because it is new. It was convenient to Northcutt field. No continental breakfast and they only had 1 ice machine in the entire place.

Visit was bad starting with attempt to make reservation, front desk attendant could not find local phone number until I physically went to site, poor experience with number of rooms , key problem and other things. Would not recommend this unit or stay there again.

when i called the front desk to talk about not having hot water, I was told that they couldn't do anything about, maintenance had went home for the day! so if you have an issue after 5pm you are out of luck............. I would not stay there again!

A Port in the Storm
We were stayed Monday thru Thursday nights because of Milton at our home in Florida. We had to add extra time because of the storm. Alfreda at the front desk and Jasmine, the manager, were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. The room met our needs for an extended stay perfectly. Thank you.
