Weekend getaway

The hotel is fairly new so it was nice and clean and had great room amenities. It’s in a great location with nearby shopping and food eateries.

This hotel says free cancelation but they will not. Even in emergency situation, they say they have no means of refunding your money if you cancel. They booked us for wrong date, then refused to fix it. Refused us a refund too. Said they do not have the capability. Tornadic activity and they left us out in the weather with no attempt to resolve their error. Do not waste your money here.

Was nice little stay

The value was great! Only issues were the shower only got lukewarm and it looked like somebody had shoes on and stood on the blankets...other than that it was great. Also quiet.

It is a very clean hotel with friendly staff. Stayed twice and both times the shower doors would not stay closed. They open while you shower. It was the same issue in two different rooms. Don’t know if the frame isn’t level, but I mentioned it to them. First visit there was no soap in the shower, but the second visit there was plenty of soap.

I love everything about this hotel. Clean, new and the kitchenette is fully stocked. Only I would suggest is bring your own body wash and shampoo because both times I’ve stayed there the items they provide are empty. I would definitely stay here again.

The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t have towels and needed a better cleaning we were in 137. The housekeeper did not do her job. I would stay again but I will inspect room before we stay in it. Nothing worse than hair in shower.

Don’t Stay Here

No toilet paper in room. TV didn’t work. The only staff on duty tried to help but she was overwhelmed with other guests issues. She finally moved us to another room but the shower hadn’t been cleaned and there were no towels in the bathroom. When I checked out in the morning the staff on duty was more concerned about what housekeeping needed than a guest checking out. She was literally walking away as I was standing there wanting some help. I finally had to holler at her that I needed to leave and get checked out. She said “just leave the key there” and walked away. Will never stay here again and I would hope they hire some more help and some help that actually cares about the guests.
