Unfortunately the check in was very poor. The room we paid for was unavailable, we had to settle for a smaller less desirable room with no apology or offer for compensation. The lady who checked us in was not accommodating

Quiet & comfort

My stay was excellent! The staff was friendly and always answered all of my questions to the fullest. The room was well cleaned and very comfortable. Their beds are AMAZINGLY comfortable, as i slept better there than i do at home; & for someone who has back damage and severe nerve damage, i slept the more there than i have in a month!!! The breakfast has several different options and is not bad at all. We stayed 4 nights and 4 1/2 days and i have no complaints at all. The property and surrondings were very quiet and i was never disturbed once during my stay! If your looking for comfort, a piece of mind, & affordability during your stay you definitely cannot go wrong here.

No frills of course for the price but ar least it was clean. Don't stay on yhe bottom floor unless you can handle noise on top of you, ceey thin walls.

This place is over all a really nice place to stay. I think they are still up grading certain things but even with that, the rooms are not affected. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable & coming from ke that says alot. I have troubles with my back along with severe nerve damage that make it difficult for comfort & I slept better here than at home!! The only draw back i had was no drawers to put anything as i was staying for almost a week but this was easily worked around. I would definitely stay here again! The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

The positive: my room was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. The negative: I was not offered a Wi-Fi password at check in, and when I tried to call the front desk from my room to ask, the phone wasn't plugged in to any phone jack - and I couldn't find a phone jack. Other negatives: no coffee pot in the room, no information on where ice was located, no area dining options, or a TV channel guide. The room and bathroom was not as clean as it should be, and the door (which opened to the outside) had a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door frame. I'm amazed that there weren't bugs in the room because of it. My room did not look anything like the picture, and based on my experience, I would never stay here again.

First off the staff was Phenomenal!! They were very friendly. The rioms were spotless and very comfortable. We were clost to restaurants so that was a plus. We will definitely visit again.

I ask for floor room when I made my reservation but when I arrive to check in she tried to put on 2 nd floor! After I had to get a lil hype and I was getting ready to ask for manager she changed it back! The ice machine kept stop working but my overall stay was great for the occasion!

I don’t like the staff entering when we aren’t present and you don’t have do not disturb sign for rooms. Furniture in rooms were filthy. I couldn’t even sit. In that nasty chair.Front desk staff was excellent.

Room was clean with the exception of a dirty towel in bathroom. Very noisy area. Mall next to the property shoudd be demolished completely. Would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water and a coffee maker with coffee and tea.
