Room not ready on arrival ! First night had to ring reception as music was still being played at 01:45 ! Had to contact reception on the second afternoon that my room had not been made up ! Finally I received a wake up call on my final day at 7 am ( which I did not request ) all up a very poor visit

Great hotel if you are flying in and out of Cork

This hotel is peaceful, has a good restaurant, decent comfort level and is extremely handy for the airport in Cork. I have stayed a few times now and I like that it has the pool area and steam room to use for guests.

The room was well-maintained and clean, and the separation of the shower area and bathtub in the bathroom allowed me to relax fully. The hotel restaurant we visited for dinner had a wide variety of seafood dishes, which made choosing fun, and they were all delicious.

It was a poor experience overall for us because our room didn’t have AC, while air conditioning is advertised on hotels.com. Even with the cool temps outside, minimal airflow caused the room to be warm enough that we all were sweating throughout the night. Additionally, the rooms’ furniture, fixtures, finishes, etc were all quite old and in need of repair or replacement (non-functioning outlets, toilets you have to play with to make flush, shotty updates, etc). Not sure how this place is classified as anything more than a 2 star hotel.

We have stayed here before so it was a "no brainer",it is a fabulous hotel,great staff,food and rooms.We will definitely come back!!!! Only criticism is no slip mat in bath or shower ,they are perilously slippery and dangerous.

Phone didn’t work in room and was damaged and when we told them they didnt replace it. Bathroom fixtures were on last leg and falling apart. It was OK stay but expected a little better.
