Excellent hotel. The staff was a amazing, the ladies only pool and spa area was THE BEST! Our only issue was the instant coffee in the rooms. That was super disappointing but we know to be prepared for the possibility of it for the last 1/2 of our trip! It sure didnt wreck our stay since the hotel is super fancy and really amazing though!

What an excellent surprise. This hotel was friendly at Ck in and John was a big help at the concierge director . Showed us around, restaurants , facilities, and even helped with the luggage. Really made us feel special!!

Probably a good choice for a wedding or business conference venue, this was a poor choice for us as tourists as it is out from town in a residential area. While the rooms were large and staff helpful, I was disappointed that they did not have coffee in the rooms or in the lobby before 8am on weekends. A erroneous fire alarm repeated three times during one night of our stay between 2 and 3am was also disappointing without apology or explanation.

This is the only hotel room I've ever stayed in that had a bath tub in the sitting area. The walk from the reception area to our room was convoluted and required going up and down stairs, amd passing through multiple doors. The spa was ok, but like the rest of the facility, maintenence was lacking.

Not walkable to downtown Cork but nevertheless it was an oasis. The grounds are beautiful and lush it felt like being in a fairy garden. Rooms were comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Service was top notch and so friendly. Would stay here over and over.
