My husband and I loved this hotel. It was clean. The staff were professional and friendly. My only concern was someone knocking on the door at night claiming to be housekeeping then food delivery. We reported it to security in the am. Would go back.

This place is advertised as upscale. There is no valet. There was no one at the bell desk. They would not do early checkin until I seen them checking in another guest and inquired again. Then it was $25 to check in. No room service available. No poker games. No pool open. Only one restaurant open. None of these closures were disclosed during check in. I would not have stayed if I had known the pool was closed. Poor customer service from most of the staff I interacted with.

We found the rooms and hotel to be clean. The mattress wasn't too comfortable. As for check-in service, we found them to be rude, uninviting and not helpful. On the other hand, the evening Supervisor was spectacular! Had it not been for her I would've canceled our reservation. I'm so sorry that her name escapes me. However, the red headed black girl on the evening shift was just miserable and nasty! The black male (hair in ponytail) on the morning shift was just as nasty! Their unprofessionalism was just uncalled for! You would think they were paying me to stay at the hotel! Smdh! If they don't like or want to do their job give it to someone else! I've never experienced such poor customer service!

The property rooms are in need of an upgrade/updste. The stall and texture was coming apart in the room and was an eyssore which shows and update is needed. A better variety of games and slots are needed to compete with some other casinos

we always like come here but lately our past 2 visits we were not thrilled with the resort we stayed in room 503 there were dirty towels on bathroom floor when we checked in. sink has hair in it and dead bugs on bathroom floor. also this is suppose to be a no smoking resort and the hallways smelled of cigarettes and pot. the people in the room next to us were load and rude. I put up with it until 1 am then called the front desk nothing was done. it's sad how bad this place into a frat house instead of being a hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay with a lot of great property amenities and entertainment. I think the beds are sub par and the hotel itself could use some updating, but it is a clean and safe place to stay in Dover. I would recommend for adults only.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel.. Maybe 2.5. Other than one very expensive steak house open only 4 days a week there is only one other restaurant NOT in the hotel. It is in the casino attached to the hotel. Sheets and towels OK. Pillows terrible. Hard as rocks and no other softer pillows available. We were there for 8 days. Reception staff good. Concierge often not at desk during the day.

Stayed at Bally's Hotel for only one night but wish i could've stayed longer. Hotel was very clean. We had a room with a king sized bed. The room was huge, very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Overall, room was excellent. My husband and I were very pleased. We've already decided that when we visit again, we will be staying here. Parking was plentiful but it was crowded the night of our stay. We found out a comedy show was taking place that night which explained everything. Definitely pleased wirh the hotel and you will be as well.

We arrived and the check in staff was not friendly. Everone looked like they didn't want to be there. Room....there were toilet bowl stains, hair from the previous stay on the bathroom floor and the carpet wasnt vacuumed properly also the remote for the tv was broken. Told them we were going back out to please leave it in the room and when we got back we had to call a second time. The check out staff was awesome and very friendly. Not sure if i would ever go back.
