My family and I were given a "handicapped room". I don’t know why because none of us are handicapped. The shades were not working. Thete was not enough lights in the room. I understand that some handicapped people need room to get around. But, I also had booked a room with King Size bed and there was a wall mounted lamp that the handicapped room could have used. The closet had low poles for perhaps someone using a wheelchair but, again hanging up my coats and dresses became problematic. Those rooms need to be reserved for someone who is actually handicapped.

Breakfast options were far better, with many choices, hot food, fresh ground coffee. Shower stream was strong and quickly warm. Very quiet surroundings. Great to be able to have our dog with us.
