A occupants a couple of rooms down from mine were having a very loud argument that sounded at one point like it was about to boil over to a domestic brawl. The “grassy” areas outside where I had to walk my dog were full of cigarette butts, small empty liquor bottles and other trash - there were no outside trash bins. The room was clean, bed was comfortable no more or less than one would expect from a hotel.

I realize that checkout is at 11am but to call at 11:10 for checkout is a little excessive in my opinion. Other than that-it is a nice Hotel and pet friendly

The facility needs a face lift and a good thorough cleaning. There was a roach on the elevator button. We noticed blood on the wall in our room. There is paint chipping in some places throughout the facility. The ice machine area was very unwelcoming. We were told that the vending machine was not being stocked because there is a 711 convenience store across the parking lot. The building over was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable.

Floors were extremely dirty - couldn’t even walk around in our room. Shower was disgusting. Entire room seemed not to be cleaned - bed was crusty and there was an old used razor in the shower.

This hotel is easy to find, great parking and friendly staff. The hotel has all new bedding, towels, and looks like the place is getting upgrades. Its apparent that this is a well used location. Very clean, sanitary and safe location. Love that the key card entry starts at dusk! Keep up the great work!

Smell of Cigarette smoke comes out of the A/C when A/C is turned ON. Not well maintained. Very limited selection of Continental Breakfast. No Eggs.

The man cleaning the rooms told us as qe were checking out I had left my phone charger. That was a $50 charger and I really appreciate the kindness. Kind staff. Very well lit parking lot also.
