Staff wasn’t helpful Attitude

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this property. It was very well situated in the city and very well appointed. I would say it was a little on the expensive side but again very nice property and location .

Close to train station, beautiful location, small rooms.

Good location, comfortable air conditioned room, helpful staff, good breakfast. We had friends who stayed on the ground floor which was very noisy from street noise but they mentioned it to the hotel who moved them up a few floors without a fuss. Only other slight disappointment was that the bar was closed for our stay although plenty to visit in and around the area.

Caution…poor air conditioning and non-working TV. Staff was not helpful at all.

Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.

Location is great. Property is historic. However, for the price (about $579 per night), the room was just ok. The worst part was that view was literally one of what looked like drainage pipes and and AC vents. Very disappointing and not a good value for money. Kept the window closed the whole time which was depressing. I'd recommend staying elsewhere and just visiting the hotel for brunch or a meal. I would not stay here again. The staff was very prompt, friendly and super helpful.

The amenities are wide-ranging and top notch. The in-building barbershop is an added bonus…very convenient, and they know how to cut hair well.
