I have stayed in this hotel 3 times this year & love staying here. It's located in the older part of Agadir, about 20mins from the beach. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I have gone solo & with a friend, having our own rooms & each time, was well looked after. It's an authentic Morrocan hotel built in 1975, a bit tired but clean & also safe to stay in. There's a few local restaurants near by & a great little cafe across the road, with excellent coffee. If you need information regarding tours, area etc, they will help you or inform you. I will definitely return again.

A globally average experience. Staff are helpful, but we can't stand cockroaches

The food and food managments were outstanding. Front desk staff need more training to know how to serve guests, 1st room the AC was faulty but staff insisted it's ok!! Finally they agreed to change the room, room was infested with ants and not up to standard.

2.5/5 — Disappointing stay Unfortunately, this was not a great stay overall. When we first arrived in our room, there was no electricity, which was a very disappointing start. We also went through three different fridges during our stay. The reception staff were generally not very responsive, with the exception of Mr Ali, who was helpful and stood out from the rest of the team. The rooms are quite outdated and would benefit from renovation. We noticed broken screws, cupboards that need attention, and general signs of wear and tear. The restaurant service was also very slow, so you need to have plenty of patience, especially if you are staying with children. The breakfast selection was fairly limited, with not much variety. That said, a special shout-out to Umar, Samir and Maryam in the restaurant, who were friendly and helpful. On the positive side, the hotel is relatively close to the beach and is situated away from the main road, making the location reasonably peaceful. Overall, there are some positives, but the maintenance issues, slow service and outdated rooms made this a disappointing experience. Overall rating: 2.5/5
