It was one of the better places that we stayed at. I would stay again although I am concerned about the lack of parking. Also the breakfast service was incredibly crowded.

Near the train station
The hotel was on the main street, near the train station and walking distance to most of the attractions. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. I chose the hotel because the website said it had laundry facilities. It does not. I was disappointed. Also, HI Express is not known to have big rooms but this is the smallest I have stayed so far. Nevertheless, I will plan to stay in another HI Express in the future depending on my needs and the price value at that time.

It was easy to find the hotel and we really enjoyed the area with it's shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and although we couldn't get the air conditioning to cool down the room enough, we could open the window and the nights were cooler. It is walking distance from everything we wanted to see in a lively and beautiful city.

The room on the 10th floor was very nice and had a lovely view and was clean. Nice shower. 4 very small Elevators were totally inadequate considering the number of guests. - one was not functioning. Had to stand in line for breakfast, large crowds. Small tables and too busy to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. You might find free parking outside after about 7 p.m. better off paying the 15 Euros in the parking deck under the mall

Do not forget your personal property in your room.
The location of hotel is compatible because center of the shopping mall and walkable to the old town. The breakfast is fresh. But it was looking for very difficult to parking garage and also too far from parking garage to hotel lobby. One of our members left his jacket in his room, next day we tried to call the reception desk but did not contact to them until today and also never answered through e-mail about it.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das stets bereit war, uns bei Fragen und Anliegen zu unterstützen. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen – die Auswahl war reichhaltig und die Qualität der Speisen hervorragend. Wir waren nur eine Nacht im hotel, check in mussten wir leider 1/2 std.warten sehr viel Leute.Hing aber mit dem stadtfest zusammen da alle hotels ausgebucht waren, also ziemlich viel los.Die Mitarbeiter/in waren alle sehr freundlich und bemüht auf die Wünsche der Besucher einzugehen. Unser Zimmer war eher klein und mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet,für die 1nacht hat es uns gelangt.Das Frühstück war reichlich und alles vorhanden was man braucht.Ansonsten kann man gleich losshopppen es gibt Cafés, Bars Restaurants, man ist gleich in der Altstadt und hat Anbindungen zu Bus, strassenbahn, Zug, mit dem Auto kann man auch gleich in der nähe parken (Parkplätze-bzw Häuser).Für Besucher von außerhalb sehr gut geeignet. Wir waren alles in allem zufrieden und würden das hotel weiterempfehlen.
