Overall was very nice, they let me keep the luggages before check in. The only thing I don't like is the heating system. There is no way the change the room temperature so the room is cold even the heater is on. Maybe because the heat is expensive, but i was really cold when we are in the room.

Very comfortable and quiet room in a great location. Wonderful breakfast selection, especially the fresh fruit. Only negative was the terrible wifi - weak signal that would frequently cut out or not connect at all. It made our travel planning very difficult.

Central location
About 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station and close to everything else once at the hotel. We were on the 2nd floor in a standard room. The king bed only had 2 very thin pillows and a queen size comforter to share (staff supplied extra pillows when asked). We overlooked the back area which was quite loud with trucks and restaurant staff both in the evenings and early mornings, even with the windows closed.

This hotel was right on the main square so it’s convenient to everything. Lots of shops and plenty of dining. In addition to the shops, there is a huge indoor mall across the square! The room was amazing and the breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of the hotel. We were surprised to see that the staff had limited language skills, so it was hard to communicate, and their attitude was poor and did not care much about customer service. After 3 AM it was hard to sleep due to trucks and workers being loud in a courtyard which echo'd inside our room. For the price of almost $200 a night we were expecting much more from a four star hotel. I would give it a two star and we wouldn't stay there again.

24년 9월 말, 306호. 안좋은 리뷰들이 많아서 걱정했는데 샤워실 물도 잘 빠지고 청소 상태도 좋았습니다. 깔끔한 잠만 자기 좋은 숙소였습니다. 한국 날씨랑 차이가 많이 나서인지 춥게 느껴지긴 했습니다. 이불 덮고 자니 괜찮긴 했어요. 다만 와이파이가 방에서 안잡히더라고요. 로비에서는 잘 잡혔다고 하는데 와이파이 끄고 다녀서 해보지는 않았습니다.

I very much disliked the room. It was laid out very strangely and was horribly uncomfortable . The hotel was laid out very oddly too. The front desk staff was nice enough but acted like I was crazy when I asked for more pillows (one hard pillow provided per guest). The bed was possibly the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. No door on the shower or bathroom area was dumb. The location cannot be beat.

Very clean, conveniently located hotel. Tram stop steps outside of entrance. My room on the 6th floor was quite large. Strong wifi signal. Good a/c.convenient refrigerator. As others have mentioned, no microwave. Bed was somewhat hard and uncomfortable. Frosted glass door to toilet, no door on shower area. So not a lot of privacy in that regard.
