Three star property right in town and overlooking the square and Dresden Christmas markets. However the hotel was lacking and provided limited to no amenities within the room. As a Expedia VIP Gold member was entitled to a welcome drink. However staff insisted that this is the single bottle of water and coffee capsule within the room. Central location but very simple room with no amenities.

Location, location, location!
This hotel is in the heart of old town. The Christmas markets were just starting to be set up and it was right outside the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable. I booked 2 extra large twins and was surprised with 2 king beds. Privacy was a bit of a factor as I was travelling with a friend. The toilet and the shower had their own little rooms but the shower had no door. Sink and shower wide open. Everything is very walkable from this location. I would definitely stay here again for it’s convenience with the city.

We stayed for the Christmas Market & it was unbelievable. The Hotel is in the middle of everything. Short walks, take the bus or train, just wonderful. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Good location, right outside is the Christmas Market. Walkable or close to public transportation. The room has minimal amenities - all-in-one shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Pillow was also very flat.

Christmas Markets Right Outside
Perfect location. No view as our room was on the street side. But the Christmas markets were right outside the hotel. The bed was not so comfortable but still worth what we paid.

Overall was very nice, they let me keep the luggages before check in. The only thing I don't like is the heating system. There is no way the change the room temperature so the room is cold even the heater is on. Maybe because the heat is expensive, but i was really cold when we are in the room.

Great, except for poor wifi
Very comfortable and quiet room in a great location. Wonderful breakfast selection, especially the fresh fruit. Only negative was the terrible wifi - weak signal that would frequently cut out or not connect at all. It made our travel planning very difficult.
